Once encapsulated, the crawlspace needs a completely seable entry door to access it. We can provide a resealable door that will maintain the clean atmosphere of the newly dried out crawlspace. 

 With moisture building up in her crawlspace, this homeowner was trying to find a remedy that would get rid of it for good. Henry created a plan with our tried and true system, specific to her issues. It would treat the existing mold and prevent it from happening in the future. We also cleaned out the loose debris to install our products. We then installed the sump pump in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. Following that, we laid the drainage matting throughout and covered it with our 20 mil Liner. Lastly, we placed a dehumidifier in to regulate the humidity in the crawlspace.

When installing our encapsulation system, we always install a sump pump in the ground. The pump will fill up to a certain level and the system is designed to automatically send it through the smart pipe, down the flow guard, and out through the pop-up outlet located away from the house.
