MidSouth Crawl Space Solutions Before & After Photos

The cracking and shifting in this driveway was slowly spreading and getting worse. Not long ago the small crack wasn't a big deal, but now it had become quite noticeable, and in the near future it could have become a very expensive problem. Fortunately, we were called out in time to make sure this driveway wouldn't need any costly replacement. Using our PolyLevel System, featuring a rapidly expanding poly foam, we were able to fill in the voids underneath the slab and level out the two separated sections of the driveway. To take care of the cracks that were leaving openings for moisture, we used NexusPro. This is a durable sealant made to protect against harsh weather and UV-rays. Together, they make the perfect solution for this driveway, giving it many more years of life.

This crawlspace in Ovett, Mississippi looks much nicer now that our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier is covering the exposed dirt and all the now no-longer needed insulation has been removed. This sealed and encapsulated crawlspace will remain around a regulated temperature and humidity percentage, one that will keep the floors at comfortable temps and remove the risk of allowing mold to thrive.

Because the moisture was so bad, they were having heavy mold issues; to the point that they had several beams and joists rotting. These before and after images showcase the major change our team was able to make for this crawl space. In the first image you'll see exposed soil, a pulled away and now useless vapor barrier, and plenty of falling/fallen insulation. AKA, a lot of different problems contributing to the moisture issues this homeowner reached out to us about. In the second image, you'll see what looks like a completely different crawl space. The insulation is gone, the old vapor barrier has been disposed of, and now the dirt AND the walls of the crawl space are neatly covered by our drainage matting and CleanSpace Liner. We're very proud of this gorgeous new look, but looks aren't the only benefit that comes with this change. The underside is now completely moisture proofed by our entire encapsulation system, all the different sources of previous moisture issues are being taken care of, making sure this crawl space never ends back up in a rough condition again.
