These homeowners decided they did not want their uneven pool patio to be a problem this summer, and we're happy to have been able to make that possible for them! Goodbye tripping hazard, hello safe pool days!
Moisture in the crawlspace was causing this 1400 square foot home to experience severe musty smells and growing fungi. Corey Becker inspected the crawlspace and found their problem is something we can fix permanently! We sealed off all the vents to the outside, installed a sump pump in the ground to catch the ground water, and totally encapsulated the crawlspace, keeping it safe from moisture and humidity. Finally, we added a dehumidifier that connects to the pump to regulate the air quality.
Enjoy a look at a recently encapsulated crawl space our team installed in Wesson, MS! As you can see in the images, our CleanSpace Liner really transforms the crawl space visually, while it also, along with our dehumidifier seen in the back, manages moisture and humidity so that damage can be completely avoided. Congratulations to our foreman, Mike, for a job so well done!
We were contacted because this home was experiencing some visibly dangerous mold problems. Did you know that open ventilation under the home is actually harmful to your crawl space? Our team sealed off all outside vents, treated the mold problem, and installed our waterproofing system. All of these solutions will work together to create a healthier, more energy efficient atmosphere!
This home was experiencing buckling floors due to moisture issues. Our team was able to install a sump pump to remove and divert the water flow. We also encapsulated under the home to keep the crawl space clean and dry and installed a dehumidifier to maintain moisture-free airflow. A sealed and dry crawl space is the secret to maintaining an energy efficient and healthy home.
