After working with these homeowners to help moistureproof the underside of their home, they later called us back out to come take a look at their concrete driveway as well! The joint in the middle of the driveway had begun to widen, and cracks formed over the years throughout the rest of the driveways. Leaving these unattended to results in openings for water to find its way under the the slab, erode soil, and create damaging voids. To avoid these voids and the settlement they bring, we used our high quality sealant, NexusPro, to seal the each crack and the center joint. For any area that had already slightly experienced settlement, we used our PolyLevel System, which involves drilling very small holes to pump PolyFoam into the voids, filling them up and leveling back out the slab. We are happy to have been able to help this homeowner multiple times now!
Michael's crew cleaned and dried out this Ridgeland crawlspace before encapsulating it and installing a waterproofing system to permanently keep water and moisture out. We also treated the mold with our Mold-X2 and the results are awesome! Check out the wood on the far right side.
This 3 foot tall crawlspace was holding moisture and standing water causing hard wood floors to buckle inside the home. The homeowner was googling solutions and found our company. Corey Becker performed the estimate and was able to design a permanent solution to keep their crawl space clean and dry. Mike and his crew installed the encapsulation quickly and efficiently, leaving the home in better shape than we found it!
You can see the previous attempts by the homeowner to deal with this large crack in this concrete sidewalk. Fortunately, he eventually found our company and we were able to provide a permanent solution. Our NexusPro system will keep water from entering the crack and causing settlement problems for a long time to come, due to its flexibility and UV-resistance.
Cracks in concrete feel inevitable, which makes them also feel like not that big of a deal. Once it begins though, if left unattended, it opens the door for further and further seepage, erosion, and of course more cracking. This homeowner wasn't too bothered by the cracking on his pool patio at first, but as you can see, it started to spread and get out of hand. Fortunately, we were able to get one of our knowledgable design specialist out to his home to teach him about NexusPro. These images allow you to see where all we used NexusPro, revealing just how bad the cracks had gotten. All sealed up, natural and pool water no longer has an entry to sneak between the slab and cause major risks of erosion or settlement.
