Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home was planned to be used as a rental, but that would not be possible as long as the smell from the crawl space persisted. Moisture and mold issues had gotten bad enough that it was noticeable from inside the home, and something on the underside would need to be done. That is where our encapsulation system comes in. By sealing off the crawl space and encapsulating it, we can create a regulated environment that is constantly protecting itself against all forms of moisture. Our CleanSpace Liner blocks out water intrusion, our crawl space dehumidifier regulates humidity, and our sump pump system sends collected water far from the inside. These combined solutions leaves a dry area, one where mold cannot thrive and smells do not have to be worry. This 3 foot tall crawlspace was holding moisture and standing water causing hard wood floors to buckle inside the home. The homeowner was googling solutions and found our company. Water puddling under the home is never a good sign about the health of your crawlspace. This customer called to schedule an estimate on what it would take to fix it. Rick Killingsworth performed her inspection and was able to present to her the value of our encapsulation. Not only does it prevent musty smells and mold from forming, but because it insulates the crawlspace as well, it will save $$ in the long run on energy bills.

This customer had replaced their floors, found water on the plastic sheeting in their crawl space, had duct work re-insulated, cleaned the crawl space, and put in 4 exhaust fans trying to repair the moisture problem with his home. None of these solutions solved his issues. A MCS customer found out about his struggles and gave him our name. He called our office and was able to get an inspection done that day! Corey Becker performed the inspection and showed him photos of what was going on. He introduced him to our encapsulation system and the customer decided that was the best way forward.
