Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner had inherited their grandmother's home. With this inheritance came problems with buckling floors, mold, and rotting joists. Luckily they called us! We were able to come in to service a mold treatment and encapsulate the crawlspace so that the problems were no longer a nightmare!

The older and mostly useless vapor barrier has been removed, and has now been replaced with out durable CleanSpace Liner! It makes a world of a difference in aesthetics and effectiveness. 

You'll notice an old vapor barrier and some jacks in the before picture. The homeowners had tried to take care of the moisture and structural issues in their crawl space, but despite this, the moisture damage and sinking in their floors pursued. They needed an upgrade and a permanent solution, which is exactly what we introduced them too! Our CleanSpace Liner is much more durable than your average vapor barrier, and is secured to not only the floor of the crawl space, but the walls and supports as well. We also installed some of our Smart Jacks, heavy duty and permanent forms of stabilization that will hold these floors in place. They can even be adjusted to match the home's small shifts and movements in the future. This crawl space has never been more safe!

Due to the uneven ground in this crawlspace there was a lot of standing water. We were able to encapsulate the crawlspace to make sure that the water was removed from the crawlspace and moved outside the home.

This cusotmer had a vapor barrier laid before we got here and as you can see it has moved around and it not doing it's job properly. We came in and did a full encapsulation making sure that this barrier would never move!
