Moisture in the crawlspace was causing this home's floors to buckle inside the living area. Melissa Johnson, one of our talented Design Specialists, performed the inspection and estimate on this home.

We cleaned out any debris and were careful not to disturb the wires, pipes, and other units down in the crawlspace. Now his crawlspace will stay free of moisture and his floors won't buckle or cup again. 

This homeowner reached out to us because their subfloors were swelling with moisture, which had caused their floors to bulge to a dangerous degree.
