Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Moisture and mold were growing in this homeowner's crawlspace. When she found the insulation was holding water right up under her floors, she knew she had to do something. Corey Becker inspected the crawlspace and was able to provide a solution for her home. We removed the soaked insulation and sealed off the crawlspace. Then we installed our 20 mil CleanSpace liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier to permanently and effectively protect the crawlspace from moisture intrusion, mold, and rot. 

This homeowner reached out to us after noticing his floors beginning to buckle, he took a quick look under the home itself and noticed there was some fungal growth on his floor joists. We sent one of our design specialists out to take a look at these issues, and they discovered a much deeper issue with moisture and mildew. With a complete lack of moisture protection, it is no shock that it had gotten this bad, but fortunately we came with a solution!
