Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Our concrete crew was able to lift, seal, and repair the cracks on this concrete walkway! The large cracks and opening in the joints allowed moisture to find its way under and create voids. In order to fix the resulting settlement, the team injected PolyFoam under the slab and fill in what the erosion had caused. Sealing these cracks and joints with NexusPro is what will cause this same issue and further cracking from occurring. Finally, a coat of SealantPro will help protect this concrete against rough weather conditions and chemicals. This walkway has never had so much protection!

This walkway leading up to this homeowner's door had sunken due to erosion. Not only that, it allowed more water to come through and create a large, eroded void that could be easily seen while walking up to the door. Not only was this unsightly, it could be very dangerous. Using two of our products, PolyFoam and NexusPro, we were able to fill that void, level out the walkway, and seal up all those cracks. The PolyFoam is injected under the slab to fill the void and act as a strong support, while the NexusPro is used as a sealant and barrier for any cracks. Sealing these are extremely important, if left unattended, water will still have a way to find its way back under the slab and cause more erosion.
