Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Seeing cracked concrete is never pleasant. This Byram, MS homeowner's walkway featured a large sunken spot that made for an uneven surface and potential hazards. Our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions addressed this challenge with precision. By using our state-of-the-art NexusPro Joint Sealant, we effectively sealed problem cracks, ensuring long-lasting durability against the elements. To restore the walkway to its original position, we deployed the PolyLevel system, expertly lifting and stabilizing the concrete. Our innovative approach leaves a safe, durable surface in sunnier weather or positions. This concrete was inspected by our specialist Andrew, who then designed a plan for our foreman, Brian, to go out and put in place. The finished product turned out excellent due to everyone who worked together!

The cracks in this driveway have allowed water to find its way under the slab for a while now, creating voids that ultimately result in settlement and even more cracking. The immediate threat of these cracks is tripping hazards, but left alone for much longer, and settlement of the slab could occur. Water finding its way through these cracks could cause erosion under the patio, creating voids that could sink affected areas. The cracks and joints all around this patio have been sealed with Nexus, a durable crack sealant that is resistant to harsh weather and UV. Eliminating this entrance for moisture puts this entire area in a much safer condition. Come summer time, everyone can swim safely!

This cracked and sunken section of concrete has been restored using both our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. PolyLevel involves injecting expanding/hardening foam under the concrete to bring it back to level, while Nexus is used to safely and securely seal cracks. Here, you can see the results!
