Waterfront property on Lake Leman in Madison, MS. This customer contacted us to encapsulate the crawlspace of a new addition that was around 675 sq ft. Its always good to catch it on the front side, to keep moisture issues from occurring in the future.
This family in Madison called our office because the moisture in their crawlspace was causing humidity inside their home. There was also falling insulation and heavy moisture content in the wooden joists. Brett DiBiase inspected the crawlspace and determined the solution to resolve their issues.
Our team sealed off the crawlspace vents, installed a sump pump in the ground where the most water was collecting, and encapsulated the entire space. This makes it impenetrable when moisture tries creeping in. We also pulled out all of the insulation that was keeping moisture close the wooden joists. To top off the system, we always install a dehumidifier to keep the air dry.

It's a sturdy silicone-based sealant for cracks and joints that is created to stand against harsh weather conditions.
This homeowner was looking for driveway crack repair for their beautiful home in Madison. The home and landscaping were stunning, but the cracks in the driveway were an eyesore and bringing the curb appeal down.
We found that some of the driveway had sunken in a couple inches from soil erosion, causing the cracks to form. Without taking the time to fix WHY the cracks were there in the first place, we would have just been putting a temporary bandaid over the problem. To start the project, we injected PolyLevel foam under the sinking concrete to fill the void and raise the driveway up to a level position. Our foam is quick and durable. Once the concrete is level on all sides, we use NexusPro, our silicone sealant, to seal up the cracks for good.
