Our goal when it comes to foundation repair is always to stabilize the home, and protect it from further damage and settlement. We hope to level the home and seal up the cracks as much as possible, but the amount that we can do that depends on how safe it would be for the home. In some cases, we are able to make a major change, like in these photos! This very large gap near the window was almost completely sealed during the stabilization process by one of our foremen, Ransom, and his crew. We love to see additional benefits to the work we are already proud of!
Our concrete crew was able to help restore and prevent further damage to this driveway. Years of cracking and separation left many entrances for moisture to seep underneath the slab. This issue is something you very much want to avoid, as this moisture seepage can lead to erosion and settlement of the slab. As you can see in the before and after images, we are able to help stop this by sealing every problematic spot, even the joints and some of the cracks you may not have noticed! This is done with NexusPro, our high quality crack sealant. Its made to be highly resistant to UV and harsh weather conditions, so it'll hold up no matter how bad it gets outside their home. Great job, concrete crew!
Cracks and unsealed joints on this driveway left openings for moisture to seep in underneath and cause problems. In this case it was caught before it got too bad, but if left like this for an extended period of time, erosion under the slab could leave large voids that lead to larger issues. To prevent problems like settlement, we use our high-quality concrete sealant, NexusPro, to created a long lasting barrier against moisture, UV, and other rough weather conditions. For any voids that may have been created, we use our expanding PolyFoam to fill in those gaps and strengthen the surrounding soil. The end result is a protected and level driveway, like this one!
Before and After we installed our waterproofing system in a local home! This home had some moisture struggles that we were able to alleviate with our waterproofing system.
This conventional foundation home was off the ground around 2 feet. The homeowner had been struggling with moisture problems in the crawlspace for years. Insulation was falling and creating more problems. There was also some mold present.
Henry Bennett performed the inspection and found these were all problems we could solve with our waterproofing system! We first treated the mold with our powerful mold spray. Then we sealed off all the vents to protect the crawlspace from outside, humid air. We finished the crawlspace encapsulation by sealing it with our CleanSpace Liner, adding a sump pump, and installing a dehumidifier. Now this home is clean, protected, and ready to last years to come!
