This well maintained, beautiful home in McComb Mississippi called us because they were having standing water in their crawlspace and their floors had started buckling. We know that this is not an issue with the floors, but rather an issue under the home with a buildup of moisture. Our production crew came in, cleared the crawlspace of debris, and installed our proven waterproofing system.

We were referred to this homeowner through a past customer. They were having moisture issues in the crawlspace and trying to figure out how to solve them. Brett DiBiase came out and performed our inspection and presented an estimate. Then Michael Lawler and his crew were able to install the encapsulation system under their home, defending it against moisture intrusion, permanently. 

The wood underneath your floors, including subfloors and joists, are susceptible to damage from moisture lingering in your crawl space. We get many calls from homeowners who want us to come out and look at their sinking or soft floors, and most of the time, moisture is the cause! This home owner realized they needed our help when the floors started buckling. We were able to help them by installing a vapor barrier, wall curtains, column wraps, a dehumidifier, and sump pump. This created a clean space that will help the owners floors lay back down and keep from buckling ever again.
