The homeowners reached out to us because of the crookedness of their concrete walk way. The each individual sections of the walk way seemed to uneven, some beginning to sink into the ground. In order to avoid further settlement or cracking, we sent our concrete crew out to install the perfect solution, our PolyLevel System. As you can see in the after photo, the expanding foam was able to fill in the underlying voids and raise each slab back to its original level, getting rid of any tripping hazards. You will also notice our NexusPro solution in the after photo. Each joint in the walk way was sealed with this durable and weather-resistant sealant to act as a barrier for the gaps that were previously allowing water to enter under the slab. This walk way is as good as new, great job to our concrete team!
Wanting a safer and better looking driveway, this homeowner in Brandon, MS reached out to us seeking help. Fortunately, things had not gotten bad enough yet for any settlement to occur. The longer these cracks are left exposed, the more opportunity there is for moisture to seep in and find its way under the slab. At that point, erosion can occur, creating voids and causing concrete slabs to sink, a case we've seen many times. To prevent this, we used our product, NexusPro. NexusPro is a high quality sealant that is resistant to UV and harsh weather. Our team expertly used this to seal each and every crack and joint found leading up this driveway. After a very quick cure time, things looked much better and this driveway was ready to be safely used again. We've had the honor of helping this homeowner with both concrete and crawl space issues now, and we are very proud of everyone on our team who was involved!
This homeowner began to notice varying voids around their home, including ones that were unfortunately formed underneath some concrete pads. As more moisture eroded more soil, the concrete began to crack, separate, and eventually sink. We come across this issue a lot, in driveways, sidewalks, patios, and more, but fortunately we are able to provide the best solution. To restore this slab, our concrete specialists brought the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyLevel involves using injected PolyFoam to fill up the voids, harden, and create a new support. By determining and using the exact amount needed, our concrete crew can bring the slab back up to original level. To prevent further erosion, gaps and cracks are filled in with NexusPro. This is high-quality crack sealant designed to continue acting as a shield against several problematic factors, such as harsh weather or UV rays. This slab has been restored and will hold strong for many years to come!
This home had a dirty crawlspace that caused issues all throughout the home. Unencapsulated crawlspaces can lead to a variety of moisture issues such as mold and mildew as well as buckling and cupping floors. We came in and fully encapsulated their crawlspace to make sure this home would stay nice and clean!
This homeowner's floor was damp and rolling because of moisture in the crawlspace. Our team was able to remove the wet insulation and encapsulate the crawlspace preventing further issues down the line. They had seven vents in the crawlspace that we closed off to keep the outside air from bringing moisture in. We also installed a SmartSump to keep the ground water from settling under the home.
