Here's a look at a basement wall before our EverBrace installation, and after! This will ensure this basement wall stays steadily in place, the homeowners will no longer have to worry about the future of that cracked wall.
Repeat customers are the best! This homeowner had worked with us before so she called our company first when she needed work done on a different property. This home was struggling with cracks in the brick due to shifting. The crawlspace was holding moisture as well and possibly adding to the foundation issues. Corey Becker inspected the home and proposed a solution for both the moisture and foundation issues.
We installed the push piers around the portions of the house that were sinking and reduced the crack widths significantly. This stabilized the home and will keep it from shifting again. We also installed our waterproofing system in the crawlspace, keeping the moisture out for good. Both of these services add significant value and longevity to the home.
This customer's home is now stabilized and settlement is no longer a worry, which is always our primary goal. Fortunately, we were also able to achieve some lift on this home, resulting in this window separation sealing up very nicely.
This home was struggling with foundation settlement and causing cracks in the outside brick and concrete. Henry proposed a solution with push piers, and Cody, Ethan, and Jamie installed them. They left with a happy customer!
This homeowner reached out to us requesting we help them figure out what was going on with their floors. Over the years, dips had appeared in the floors and certain areas just did not feel secure. The current support under the home just wasn't enough, and erosion near their original concrete blocks was just a dangerous sign of what was to come. Fortunately, we have an option for support that is gonna completely save these floors. In the provided images you'll see the massive change, our SmartJack System. SmartJack is a high-strength, adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and can even raise your home back to the proper level. This acts as a permanent fix, one that can be adjusted to fit the home's needs over the years and keep the floors stable. Take a look at them after freshly being installed in the before/after pictures.
