Unlike your standard vapor barrier, our CleanSpace Liner doesn't miss a spot in the crawl space! Tightly secured to the floors, walls and supports of the crawl space, it plays a large part in sealing off the underside of the home from the outside, humid air. Combined with our crawl space dehumidifier, a sump pump, and an airtight door, this creates the encapsulation system, perfect for protecting a home from moisture and the dangers it brings.

This much more durable liner isn't just thrown on top of the crawl space floor, but is wrapped around all of the walls and supports of the crawl space as well. In combination with our drainage matting, ground and wall moisture seepage can be blocked out and collected. This encapsulation was designed by one of our specialists, Scottie, and installed by our foreman, David, and his talented crew!
