Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

The edges and surrounding slab around this pool was suffering a bad cracking problem. In some corners, pieces of concrete were trying to break off, leaving behind a dangerous tripping hazard around the water. To remedy this, one of our design specialists, an expert in concrete repair, created a plan involving our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. The PolyLevel system uses our expanding PolyFoam, perfect for filling in eroded voids under concrete slabs. This will fill in any gaps, strengthen the surrounding area, and re-level what is needed. To help prevent further voids and settlement, the current cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro. This high quality crack sealant is durable and moisture/weather resistant, perfect for an outdoor area right next to a body of water. This area should be safer than ever!

This homeowner's carport was full of unsightly cracks that also posed a huge risk. Cracks like these could easily let in rainwater that could cause erosion, that may not even be visible until its too late and the slab is starting to sink! This customer reached out to us concerned with the increasing amount of cracks on their concrete pool patio. The immediate threat of these cracks is tripping hazards, but left alone for much longer, and settlement of the slab could occur. Water finding its way through these cracks could cause erosion under the patio, creating voids that could sink affected areas. The cracks and joints all around this patio have been sealed with Nexus, a durable crack sealant that is resistant to harsh weather and UV. Eliminating this entrance for moisture puts this entire area in a much safer condition. Come summer time, everyone can swim safely!
