The homeowners reached out to us because of the crookedness of their concrete walk way. The each individual sections of the walk way seemed to uneven, some beginning to sink into the ground. In order to avoid further settlement or cracking, we sent our concrete crew out to install the perfect solution, our PolyLevel System. As you can see in the after photo, the expanding foam was able to fill in the underlying voids and raise each slab back to its original level, getting rid of any tripping hazards. You will also notice our NexusPro solution in the after photo. Each joint in the walk way was sealed with this durable and weather-resistant sealant to act as a barrier for the gaps that were previously allowing water to enter under the slab. This walk way is as good as new, great job to our concrete team!
This homeowner reached out to us with a driveway problem, it appeared to be teeter-tottering, sinking in one area and trying to raise in another. Being a surface that is walked on and driven on every single day, the homeowner obviously knew something would need to be done. After stumbling upon one of our television commercials, they decided to reach out and give us a chance. We sent one of our design specialist out, a master of all things concrete, and had them take a look at this uneven slab. You'll notice in the first image that the difference in level is very immediately noticeable, but the problem gets worse than that. Under the flat and raised part of the slab, larger voids had began to form, meaning an even worse state of imminent. This is where PolyFoam comes in. Our PolyLevel system, which uses the expanding foam, involves us injecting an exact needed amount of foam to fill any voids and raise concrete back up to original level. It is pumped through tiny created holes in the slab, which are filled up after a very quick cure time. Check out the difference in these two images! Once again, you may not be able to see the voids in the image, but you wouldn't be able to anyways, because our concrete crew managed to completely fill them in. We are very proud of our team and their expert work, enjoy the comparison!
These homeowners could no longer stand the annoying bump they felt every single time they pulled into their garage, it was time to do something about it. They reached out to us and we were able to send out one of our design specialists to find a solution. Erosion had created a void under the slab, resulting in the driveway slowly settling over time. If left alone, this type of problem can result in a lot more than annoying bumps, including cracks and broken concrete. Fortunately, we were able to use PolyFoam to fill in that void and raise the slab back up before things got much worse. Check out the difference in the two provided images!
This concrete sidewalk looked fine on the exterior, but beneath the surface it was hiding massive and dangerous voids. You can see in the before image just how far our concrete foremen was able to fit his leg into one of the voids. If this was allowed to be left how it was, serious cracking or settlement was destined to occur. Fortunately, our concrete crew brought out PolyLevel and NexusPro systems to ensure that won't be a worry. In the after image, you can see a bit of the PolyFoam used in our PolyLevel system. The entire underside of this sidewalk and its voids have been injected with this expanding foam, leaving no room for settlement. The cracks and breakage that had already occurred, were sealed with NexusPro, our UV-resistant and flexible sealant, to make sure moisture has no more easy access under the concrete where it can continue the erosion. We are proud of our concrete crew and hope this sidewalk continues to be safely used for a long time.
These photos display a set of concrete steps before and after our PolyLevel solution. The steps are now nice and level with the sidewalk and the tripping hazard is gone!
