This church reached out to us to come take a look at what could be done for their settling foyer. There were obvious signs of shifting and unevenness, and several noticeable cracks. One of our design specialists, Caleb, went out to provide a free estimate and determined that installing our push pier system would be the best course of action. Our overall goal with this system is to stabilize the foundation and secure it in place, to prevent further settlement and damage. Our talented crews will be able to determine if we can also achieve some lift/level of the foundation without potentially causing additional damage, and this case, we were able to obtain enough lift to close up some of those larger cracks! This home was struggling with moisture seeping into the wood under the house. They weren't ready for an encapsulation system yet, but they wanted to get their wood protected and chose our LumberKote application to do the job. LumberKote is a non-toxic lumber sealant that protects wood from natural elements that can cause excessive moisture absorption. It provides a durable polymer micro-film that creates a physical barrier between lumber and the external environment. 

In the bustling town of Monticello, MS, a homeowner struggled with a crawl space brimming with moist soil, high humidity, and outdated insulation. This created a perfect environment for mold growth and increased energy bills. As you may notice in the 'before' photo, these concerns posed a headache to our client. Lots of falling insulation, weighed down due to moisture. Our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions transformed the space with CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and a dehumidification system. The 'after' photo showcases a clean, dry, and energy-efficient crawl space, providing the homeowner with peace of mind and a healthier home.

The contractor for this home in Tylertown called our office on behalf of their customer. They were struggling with a mildew problem that had grown from the crawlspace into the home as well. The dirt under the home was holding moisture creating an environment for mold growth that leads to rot. This is what causes the mildew smell to travel. 

Brett DiBiase designed a waterproofing solution using our system to cure the moisture issues and keep them from returning. We treated the mold, installed our CleanSpace liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier system, and left the crawlspace better than when we found it.

It's hard to believe these two images were taken under the same home! This homeowner unfortunately put a good chunk of change into a french drain and standard vapor barrier, but she continued to find water in her crawlspace. In the provided images, you can see the old liner now replaced with our durable CleanSpace Liner that will hold strong against moisture. This is combined with a crawlspace dehumidifier and sump pump, both working from different angles to send water and humidity out of the crawlspace. We are happy that we could finally provide this home with a permanent fix.
