Unlike your standard vapor barrier, our CleanSpace Liner doesn't miss a spot in the crawl space! Tightly secured to the floors, walls and supports of the crawl space, it plays a large part in sealing off the underside of the home from the outside, humid air. Combined with our crawl space dehumidifier, a sump pump, and an airtight door, this creates the encapsulation system, perfect for protecting a home from moisture and the dangers it brings.

 This crawlspace was a bit more than just damp, and all the excess moisture and humidity had started causing some real issues with his floors. More and more weak spots appeared in his floors and the creaking started driving him crazy, so he decided to reach out to us. Flash forward, and now his floors are stabilized and locked in place with our SmartJack System.  The creaks and squeaks have since been taken care of, and his home feels safer than ever.

This liner is much thicker, much more durable, and works perfectly with our crawl space dehumidifiers and sump pumps to create a completely moisture-proofed environment. You'll see that the CleanSpace Liner in these photos is spread tightly against the ground, AND up the crawl space walls and supports. This liner won't be moving, and it certainly won't let any ground water seepage past it.

This large crawlspace in Diamondhead was having water seepage and moisture problems. Henry Bennett designed a custom proposal and system to meet their needs and our crew got it installed. It's complete with a sump pump, dehumidifier, waterproof vapor barrier, and wall liner to keep the crawlspace dry.
