These new homeowners had inherited this home from their father and wanted to make sure it was kept in safe condition for many years to come. Previously, there was an attempt to help keep the underside of the home safe from moisture with a basic vapor barrier. Despite this, the floors had still been affected and buckled from crawl space moisture over the years. This wasn't much of a surprise, as we found the old barrier and the rest of the crawl space in pretty rough condition.
