This home in Brookhaven had plastic sheeting down, causing more harm than good. It was trapping moisture in the crawlspace allowing mold and plant life to grow. It also contained an open ventilation system that was continually bringing in more air, filled with condensation, further aggravating the issues.

Henry Bennett performed our free inspection and presented this family with our solution. We moved forward with the proposal, completing the clean out, mold treatment, product installation, and full encapsulation system. Now they have a fantastic crawlspace that will stay clean and dry. It will even help reduce their energy bills as the crawlspace temperature stays extremely close to that of the house. 

This home was struggling with foundation settlement and causing cracks in the outside brick and concrete. Henry proposed a solution with push piers, and Cody, Ethan, and Jamie installed them. They left with a happy customer!

This homeowner reached out to us requesting we help them figure out what was going on with their floors. Over the years, dips had appeared in the floors and certain areas just did not feel secure. The current support under the home just wasn't enough, and erosion near their original concrete blocks was just a dangerous sign of what was to come. This homeowner had some serious sinking in their floors, this section was completely detached from the wall above it. After an inspection and written plan from one of our design specialists, Caleb, they agreed to let us send out one of our crews to solve this big problem. Led by our wood-working crew foreman, Jessie, we were able to take care of the compromised subflooring below, install all new wood, and raise it back up to perfect level. We're sure that dog enjoys the new, straight floor too!
