This homeowner had some serious sinking in their floors, this section was completely detached from the wall above it. After an inspection and written plan from one of our design specialists, Caleb, they agreed to let us send out one of our crews to solve this big problem. Led by our wood-working crew foreman, Jessie, we were able to take care of the compromised subflooring below, install all new wood, and raise it back up to perfect level. We're sure that dog enjoys the new, straight floor too!

These homeowners reached out to us when they noticed some sagging and soft spots in their floors, but they had no idea how bad it had actually gotten under their home! Moisture and mold has made a mess of their crawl space, and it had a rough affect on the underside of their floors. The subfloor was moist and rotting, and several large holes had formed. To protect their current and future floors, something had to be done about the damage underneath. Fortunately, we were able to get our wood repair crew out to skillfully replace all the rotten and outdated subfloors. While this already makes a massive difference, we were also able to future-proof these new subfloors with our SmartJack and Encapsulation system! The SmartJacks will permanently add additional support for the floors, while the encapsulation system will act as a barrier against all the forms of moisture that started these issues in the first place. These two before and after images really showcase the upgrade that the CleanSpace Liner is, compared to a regular vapor barrier. We come across many crawl spaces where vapor barriers had originally been lazily thrown onto the dirt floor, resulting in a pulled away, torn, dirty mess of plastic once we arrived. The CleanSpace Liner, as you can see in the after image, is tightly secured not only to the floor of the crawl space, but to the walls, supports, and around all odd steps and curves. The CleanSpace Liner is also much thicker and durable than the average liner, meaning better protection over more surface area!

This home in central Mississippi was having issues with moisture buildup in the crawl space. They had a 6 mil plastic liner on the ground, but it was not helping with any of the moisture. The sub floors of his home were completely rotted out and had to be replaced. He saw one of our trucks on the road one day and gave us a call to see if we could help fix his crawl space.
