Here is an excellent before and after set taken by our even more excellent concrete crew! Not only does it look cleaner, even like new, this sidewalk is also now more protected than ever. Every crack and joint has been sealed with our NexusPro system. Nexus is a high quality crack sealant, made to be durable, yet flexible, and highly resistant to harsh weather and UV. This will help prevent separation and settlement, as there are now way less ways for water to find its way under the slab and cause erosion. 

This walkway leading up to this homeowner's door had sunken due to erosion. Not only that, it allowed more water to come through and create a large, eroded void that could be easily seen while walking up to the door. Not only was this unsightly, it could be very dangerous. Using two of our products, PolyFoam and NexusPro, we were able to fill that void, level out the walkway, and seal up all those cracks. The PolyFoam is injected under the slab to fill the void and act as a strong support, while the NexusPro is used as a sealant and barrier for any cracks. Sealing these are extremely important, if left unattended, water will still have a way to find its way back under the slab and cause more erosion. Our PolyLevel and NexusPro products served as the perfect solution for this uneven concrete slab. Used as a walkway placed right up against their wall, it was important to the homeowners to eliminate any current tripping hazards and prevent them from getting worse. By injecting PolyFoam beneath the slab, we were able to fill up any voids and bring each section back to level with eachother. The gap in the joint is partially to blame for these voids, acting as an entrance for water to sneak in and cause erosion. But using NexusPro, a high-quality, weather-resistant sealant, we could kill two birds with one stone. Check out the difference in the provided pictures!

Check out the insane difference our concrete team was able to make on this driveway! All throughout, in many spots even beyond this one, problematic cracking and sinking was occurring on this slab. It wasn't just unsightly, the settlement had started to make it dangerous. After a quick visit from one of our design specialists, a plan was put in place to redeem this driveway. Using PolyFoam and NexusPro, our team was able to not only seal the cracks/protect against further cracking, they were also able to level the driveway back out. That annoying bump everytime they pulled into their driveway, or that dangerous tripping hazard, is no longer a worry for these homeowners!

This home had a dirty crawlspace that caused issues all throughout the home. Unencapsulated crawlspaces can lead to a variety of moisture issues such as mold and mildew as well as buckling and cupping floors. We came in and fully encapsulated their crawlspace to make sure this home would stay nice and clean!
