Before - Water Intrusion
This crawlspace had severe water intrusion causing multitudes of issues. Not only was ground water seeping in in copious amounts, but the open ventilation brought in humid air.
Before - Muddy Crawlspace
You can see the wet mud that's holding on the ground. If you ever have to get up under your house, this is NOT what you want to be on you hands and knees in.
During the Install
Our Sump Pump is installed in the ground first. We attach our smart pipe to it, and neatly bury it to pump away from the house.
After - Waterproof Seal
We sealed off all vents, started with drainage matting first, then installed our 20 mil liner on top, following it up with wall liner up the walls and columns. This will create a waterproof seal, keeping the crawlspace at a manageable level of humidity.
After - Access Door
A sealable entry door is a must for every crawlspace. The knobs screw off for access, and screw on tight to maintain the waterproof seal.
