Crawl Space Support Posts Photo Album: Floor Stabilization with SmartJacks!
This album includes a few images that display our SmartJacks and what we call the "Bulb of Influence". The stones you see have been mechanically crushed and compressed into a cube that will help disperse the weight of your home. Around 90% of the weight will be reduced before it depends on soil, meaning that even weak soils will no longer be a problem when it comes to the weight the SmartJacks will need to support. This helps make them the perfect solution for sagging joists. Enjoy an up-close look at the jacks mid-installation!

You can see our drainage matting to the left of the liner, this will be placed under our CleanSpace Liner to help direct water to a Sump Pump once our encapsulation system is in place.
