Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Full Encapsulation in Petal, MS

One of our favorite sights is a crawl space after having its encapsulation done. The homeowner was starting to experience some sagging in his floors and after sending out one of our system design specialists, we were able to find the culprit - moisture. Fortunately, our crawl space encapsulation system is moisture's worst enemy. The thick, durable CleanSpace Liner, our energy efficient crawl space dehumidifier, and out sump pump system are teamed up to tackle crawl space moisture from every possible angle. These joists are safer than they've ever been! For the one joist that got pretty rough before we showed up, we installed a Smart Jack. This heavy-duty steel adjustable jack is here permanently and will continue to make sure sagging isn't felt in this problematic spot.
