After finding water in the crawlspace, this property owner called our company for an estimate. They had worked with us previously and trusted us to get the job done. Standing water was causing mold and musty smells, and they also had some sinking happening as well. Corey inspected the house and was able to find solutions for both issues. We installed our crawlspace encapsulation system in the crawlspace, which was tall and really nice for the crew to work in! The push piers were installed to help lift under the house for stabilization.

Before we install our encapsulation system, we close off all vents and openings the outside. Otherwise, air will flow through bringing in moisture.

Water Spot

You can see the water keeping the ground damp on the left side's low spot. This wetness not only can lead to mold, but if left long enough, a musty smell will develop and spread up throughout the home.
