Crawlspace Before
Before we install our encapsulation system, we close off all vents and openings the outside. Otherwise, air will flow through bringing in moisture.

Water Spot
You can see the water keeping the ground damp on the left side's low spot. This wetness not only can lead to mold, but if left long enough, a musty smell will develop and spread up throughout the home.

After Encapsulation
The vents are sealed with spray foam to prevent moisture from entering the crawlspace. We use a 20 mil liner to cover the ground and wall.

Push Piers
Push piers are placed under the home to lift and stabilize.
