After doing some research, these homeowners became concerned about their crawl space that was left completely unprotected against moisture and the outdoor elements. To teach them more about the potential concerns and preventive measures, we sent out one of our skilled design specialist, Corey, to take a look at their crawl space. To really protect the underside of the home and the floors above, Corey crafted up a plan for our encapsulation system, a complete sealing and conditioning of the crawl space. This includes a durable vapor barrier, a crawl space dehumidifier, and a sump pump system. Each component plays a part in tackling moisture and humidity, making sure they cannot cause any issues. The homeowners loved the idea, decided to move forward, and shortly after we had one of our talented crews out to install the work. Take a look at the difference in the provided photos.
