The underside of this home was far too humid and it was obvious that if left alone, moisture damage was soon to come. In order to help prevent this, our team was sent out to design and install one of our encapsulation systems. This system involves sealing off the crawl space and turning it into a regulated, dry environment completely separate from the outside. A large part of this process is our CleanSpace Liner. This liner isn't just laid in the crawl space, it is secured to the floor, walls, and supports of the crawl space, and its much higher durability sets it apart from your standard vapor barrier.
