There were a few communication mixups that kept me from giving a 5, but generally speaking I found it easy to work with y'all and I'm happy with the quality of the work.

Every time I spoke with someone at the office they were helpful and polite and listened carefully.

I thought Corey was pretty good when he was at my house, but after he left and I spent more time under the house, I questioned the thoroughness of his assessment. Had he caught a few things, I don't think it would have changed the work that was needed, or my decision to contract y'all. But it did trouble me that he failed to notice major damage under the house. However, I do want to emphasize that he was polite and thoughtful in answering my questions. I question how thorough Corey was because he was only under my house for ~ 20 minutes, from the minute he left my living room until he knocked again on my door, completely cleaned up. I commented on it, but he assured me he had fully assessed things. After spending several days under the house preparing it for the encapsulation, I find it hard to believe that a careful inspection of the entire crawlspace could happen in that short of a time. On top of that, the pictures he shared with me were all from one area under the house that I had emphasized because it had a puddle under it. There were no pictures outside of ~ 15 ft radius. The most troubling thing is that he completely missed severe rot around a toilet flange with a wet spot on the ground below it. The rot was bad enough that I'm completely rebuilding the floors in the bathroom and the closet next to it. I know no one is perfect, but I have a hard time convincing myself that this could have been overlooked if you were within 5-10 feet of it.

There were a few miscommunication gaffs, but ultimately I was really pleased with the crew and their work. After things were cleared up, communication was excellent, as is the company's reputation. Prior to installation Rick was available to answer questions and very willing to work around schedule changes. During installation, David, Hawk, and John were unfailingly polite and careful to answer my questions with thoughtful explanations. They were responsive to any concerns I had and took the time to make sure I was satisfied before they left.

Everything was kept clean and I was left with some extra materials for repairs. Very satisfied.
