Photo Album: Encapsulation Photos in Raymond, MS

Here are some photos taken in November of 2024, showcasing this Raymond, MS crawl space before and after we installed our encapsulation system under the home. The homeowners originally reached out to us over some frustration they were having with their floors. Even after replacing them once, even after installing a vapor barrier, the floors just continued to buckle and they could not find a good solution. In order to finally get this problem taken care of, we introduced them to the encapsulation system. You can see in the after photos the multiple different ways this system tackles moisture and the sources it comes from. It is a striking difference from the basic vapor barrier you see in the before photos!

The old vapor barrier also did not help in sealing off the crawl space, supports and walls were left fully exposed.

Our CleanSpace Liner has replaced the old vapor barrier and now covers not only the floor of the crawl space, but the supports and walls as well.

Around pipes and other obstacles in the crawl space, our liner has been carefully secured to cover every spot.

The crawl space has been completely sealed to keep out outside air and humidity, even the small opening you see will be covered by out removable, air-tight crawl space door.
