Crawl Space Before Encapsulation
This is the state we originally found the crawl space in. The old liner had pulled itself away, the ground was exposed, insulation had fallen, and the whole area was just a mess.

Another shot of the crawl space before out work, the ground left fully exposed.
Crawl Space Before Encapsulation
More mess and fallen, moist insulation in the crawl space.
Crawl Space After Encapsulation
Here is a shot of the same crawl space after putting in our encapsulation system. All the mess has been removed and the whole space has been sealed to keep out humid air. The new vapor barrier, our CleanSpace Liner, is much more durable and securely fastened to the floors, walls, and supports of the crawl space.

Another shot of the finished crawl space and our CleanSpace Liner.
Crawl Space After Encapsulation
This shot gives a look at two powerful components of the encapsulation system - our sump pump system and crawl space dehumidifier.
Crawl Space After Encapsulation
This is the air tight door that finishes sealing the crawl space, but continues to allow easy access when needed.
A Lot of Mess!
A ton of insulation and trash was removed from this crawl space!
Pier Installation
This image shows one of the many installed piers in the ground, attached to the footer of the home and ready to act as a permanent support.
Pier Installation
Another look at one of our piers. It digs deep into the ground to gain support from tougher earth.
