Before - Old Vapor Barrier
Old "vapor barrier" was torn to shreds and further hurting the crawlspace by holding water.
Before - Open Access Point
Access points should always have a sealable door. Having an open access leaves your crawlspace and home vulnerable to water, critters, and trash getting in.
After - Encapsulation
This photo shows not only that the crawlspace is encapsulated and clean, but pictured in the center is our SaniDry dehumidifier and SumpPump(in the ground). The dehumidifier drains the excess moisture droplets into the pump. The pump collects water from the dehumidifier, but also the ground water seepage that enters from under the home. With these units working in tandem, along with our moisture barrier, the crawlspace is set to maintain a dry and clean atmosphere.
After - Low Spots
Our crews are meticulous when it comes to encapsulation. They are always getting creative to get our liner under even the lowest spots in the crawlspace. Every inch gets covered and sealed.
After - Sealed Access Point
Because this access point was small and not the main one, our crew sealed it off to keep the waterproof barrier intact.
After - Sealable Entry Door
We understand it's unreasonable to leave the crawlspace inaccessible, so this waterproof door is easily removed by unscrewing the knobs on either side. It protects the crawlspace when it's on, but allows for access when maintenance is needed.
