DeRosia is our newest customer care specialist at Midsouth! You can find her in the office answering the phone, booking appointments, and following up with our customers and sales representatives. She has been working in customer service for the past 10 years in various fields. She has a love for talking to people and helping them whenever she can. Her favorite part of working for Midsouth is being part of a team that is committed to learning and growing together.

She lives in Jackson with her fiancé, Doug, and their two cats, Frank & Jellybean. Her hobbies include reading books and doing puzzles.
