What You Would Do

The customer journey is at the heart of what we do. Our Appointment Specialists help schedule appointments for homeowners and ensure our System Design Specialists and Service Team have full calendars that make logistical sense.

·       Represent us by answering calls, setting service and sales appointments, and following up with customers on various issues

·       Consistently call on outbound campaigns to convert leads to appointments, to turn cancelled leads into new appointment, and to schedule annual maintenance appointments.

·       Call incoming leads within seconds to book sales appointments

·       Provide tactical support to other departments of the company

·       Keep customer records and database current

·       Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our work

·       Provide customers with a remarkable experience

 

What We Need for this Role

 

·       Experience in the customer service field (retail, call center, customer service, etc)

·       Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills

·       Proficiency in computer programs and apps

·       A positive, upbeat candidate who loves helping people

·       Ability to multi-task while providing an excellent customer experience
